The Shipyard ‘LP-Brodogradilište’ is situated on the island of Lošinj, in the Southeastern Europe on the northern Croatian Adriatic coast, 125 km from the largest Croatian port Rijeka. With over 100 years of tourism tradition and it’s long and famous shipping and shipbuilding experience. The island of Lošinj is today an inevitable station for numerous tourists and Yacht owners.

The shipyard operates a modern well equipped workshops with highly qualified and professional personnel.
The Floating dock with a lifting capacity of 15000 tons, Loa 150×28.95 m, is equipped with two mobile cranes of 8 or 4 tons, High Pressure Washing and Sand Blasting, and all facilities connected with the Floating dock.
On the operational shore, there are also two mobile cranes.
The length of the operational shore is 550 m, and all the ships with the draught to 8 m can be safely berthed. The water is clear for diving operations/under water repairs and recording with CCTV cameras etc
Due to the many years of its successful work, the shipyard is qualified for reconstruction of various commercial ships, ferries and super/mega yachts.

150 experienced and efficient workers of various professions are available in the shipyard of the “Lošinjska plovidba”, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
They provide for a high-delivery of all the ships which require their services. The shipyard pays special attention to the quality, price and terms of delivery.
The shipyard has modern equipped workshops:
– 550m length operative shore with two cranes,
-15000 tons lifting capacity Floating dock ( max ship length 150m, max ship breadth external 27 m with mobile cranes of 8 and 4 t ),
– highly qualified personnel.
With a close and efficient subcontractor infrastructure, certified by the Class Societies, the Shipyard is capable of performing the maintenance of various kind of equipment such as:
– electronic systems
– specialized works on propulsion (KaMeWa, LIPS, SCHOTTEL, BRUNVOLL, VETH-Z DRIVE, AQUAMASTER, ULSTEIN, VOITH-SCHNEIDER etc.)
– engines (CATERPILLAR, M.a.K., M.A.N, WARTSILLA SULZER, SKL, PIELSTICK, DEUTZ, CUMMINS, STORK, etc.)
– machinery (ALFA LAVAL, APV, ABB, B&B, BBC, VULKAN, etc.)
– safety equipment (ARIMAR, ZODIAC, VIKING, RFD, DBC, etc.)
On the premises of LP – Brodogradilište shipyard has open and closed warehouses with the possibility to store materials and equipments.
The Shipyard has the possibility to accept waste oily waters and solid waste according to the Rules for water disposal and it has the Approval of the Classification Societies ( CRS, RINA, BV, ) for Ultrasonic and Magnetoflux control of materials and the Approval of the Classification Registry for welders in accordance with Euronorme ( CRS, RINA ).
